2. What it is about

Anyone who has bought or subscribed to an IndikatorLab indicator and publicly posts a story about it receives €10 back.

3. Who can take part

Any natural person who has bought an IndikatorLab indicator for TradingView, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader can take part. Minors need the consent of their legal guardians.

4. How to take part

1. Post a story showing how you use the indicator. The platform is up to you, for example Instagram or TikTok.
2. Tag IndikatorLab (@indikatorlab) in it.
3. Mark the story as advertising (see item 5).
4. Send us the link or a screenshot to info@indikatorlab.net.

5. Marking as advertising

Because you receive something in return for posting, this counts as advertising. Your story must therefore be clearly and legibly marked as such, for example with "Werbung" or "Ad". Simply tagging our profile or a hashtag at the end is not enough.

This marking is a condition for payout. We cannot consider stories without a recognisable marking.

6. How often

The refund applies per item purchased. Anyone who has bought two indicators and posts a story for both receives €10 twice. The refund can only be claimed once per purchase.

7. Payout

After receiving your proof, we check the entry and pay out the €10 within five days. Payment is made by bank transfer or via PayPal. If all conditions of these promotion terms are met, there is an entitlement to the refund.

8. Exclusion

Excluded from the promotion are posts containing unlawful, offensive or content harmful to minors, posts from accounts recognisably created solely for this purpose, and entries with forged proof or recognisably manipulated reach. In these cases we may reject the entry.

9. Duration and changes

The promotion runs until further notice. We may end or change it at any time with effect for the future. Entries that already met all conditions at that point are unaffected and will still be paid out.

10. No connection to the platforms

This promotion is run solely by IndikatorLab. It has no connection to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, TradingView or any other platform, and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by them.

11. No connection to trading

The refund depends solely on your story. It is not tied to trades, trading results, opening a broker account, or any particular amount of capital.

12. Data protection

We use the data you submit solely to review and process the refund. More in the privacy policy.

13. Final provisions

German law applies. Should a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected.
