Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

After an effective withdrawal, your right to use the indicator ends. You may not continue using it and must delete the file you received.

Indicators for TradingView, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader: early performance and loss of the right

The indicators for TradingView, MetaTrader 5 and for cTrader are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. So that we can deliver the indicator to you immediately after payment, you make two declarations when buying in the cart:

1. that you expressly agree that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires, and
2. that you acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun delivery, you have made both declarations, and we have sent you confirmation of the contract, including these declarations, in storable form. For TradingView, delivery begins when we manually grant your username access in the script.

Custom developed indicators

The fourteen day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion also applies to custom developed indicators. It expires under the same conditions described above for digital content.

In practice you take no risk here: we develop the indicator first without any payment obligation. Payment only becomes due once you approve the finished result. Until then you can withdraw at any time, free of charge.
