We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and provide our services, and solely within the framework of the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. No analytics, tracking or advertising services are integrated, in particular no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no TikTok Pixel. All fonts are hosted locally; no content is loaded from external servers. On your first visit we show you a consent notice (cookie banner). There you choose between “Necessary only” and “Accept all”. Both options are equal, and you can use the website fully either way. We currently use no services that require consent. Should we use such services in future, they will only load if you have chosen “Accept all”, and they will be listed here beforehand.
Only the following entries are stored in your browser: “il_consent” (localStorage): stores your choice in the consent notice and the time of that choice, so the notice does not appear again on every page view. The entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted to us and is no longer taken into account after twelve months; we then ask again. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. “il_offer_pop” (sessionStorage): if you dismiss the notice about a limited-time offer, a single switch is stored so the notice is not shown again on every page. This switch contains no personal data, is not evaluated and is deleted automatically as soon as you close the browser. Both entries are strictly necessary to display the website as you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
In the notice about a limited-time offer you can voluntarily enter your email address to be reminded once when the offer starts. This is voluntary and not required to use the website. The address is used solely for this one reminder. There is no newsletter, no further advertising and no disclosure to third parties. Transmission runs via Web3Forms like the other forms (see section 5) and lands directly in our inbox. Nothing is stored on this website. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by submitting. You can withdraw it informally at any time, for example by email to info@indikatorlab.net. The address is deleted after the reminder has been sent or at the latest when the offer ends.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary access data, in particular IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred and browser and operating system information. This data is required to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.
Nothing is stored on this website itself. When you submit a form, including the form in the chat with Laby, your details such as email address, name and message are transmitted to our email inbox via the form service Web3Forms. You can find the service’s privacy information at web3forms.com/privacy.
Questions you type to Laby in the chat are only evaluated in your browser and are not transmitted. Only if you explicitly submit the form in the chat does your message reach us in the way described above.
If you write to us by email or on Instagram, we process the data you provide in order to answer your request. With Instagram messages, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is also involved as the platform operator; we have no influence over its processing. For contract-related communication we recommend email.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
For the address info@indikatorlab.net we use the forwarding service ImprovMX Incorporated, 8 The Green STE D, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA. Incoming messages are technically forwarded there and then received and stored in a Gmail inbox of Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
If you order an indicator, coaching or a custom development from us, we process the data required for it: name, email address, your TradingView username, details of the product ordered and payment and invoice data.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, performance of the contract, and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR for retention obligations under tax and commercial law.
Our indicators run on the TradingView platform, operated by TradingView Inc. (USA). To provide the indicator you bought, we transmit your TradingView username to this platform so your account can be granted access. Without this transmission, provision is technically impossible. To use TradingView you need your own account, which is subject to TradingView’s privacy policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Payments are made by bank transfer or via PayPal. With a transfer we receive the data contained in your payment order, in particular name, IBAN and payment reference. With PayPal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22 24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg is involved as an independent controller. We ourselves do not store complete payment instrument data.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
We delete requests without a contract as soon as they are dealt with and no retention obligations apply. We keep contract, invoice and accounting records in line with the statutory periods, usually six or ten years under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO. Server log files are kept by the host only briefly.
Through hosting at Vercel, form transmission via Web3Forms, email forwarding via ImprovMX and access via TradingView, data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where a recipient has no certification, we base the transfer on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Despite these measures, an equivalent level of data protection cannot be guaranteed in every case in third countries.
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to info@indikatorlab.net is enough.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart (www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de). You can also contact the authority where you live.
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
This privacy policy is dated October 2026. We update it when the technology we use or our processes change.
