This information applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or self-employed profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
After an effective withdrawal, your right of use ends. We block access to the indicator on TradingView and you may no longer use it.
Aureus and Velox are digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier. So that you can be given access immediately after payment, we need two statements from you in text form before the withdrawal period expires:
1. that you expressly agree that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and 2. that you acknowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, you have given both statements and we have sent you a confirmation of the contract including these statements in a storable form.
If you do not give these statements, your right of withdrawal remains. Access is then only granted after the fourteen days have passed.
Coaching is a service. If the coaching is to start before the withdrawal period expires, we need your express request in text form.
If you withdraw after that, you owe us compensation for the services already provided up to the withdrawal, calculated as the proportion of the service provided relative to the total agreed service.
Your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service and, before it started, you expressly agreed and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal from conclusion of the contract also applies to custom-developed indicators. It expires under the same conditions as described above for digital content.
In practice there is no risk for you here: we develop without any obligation to pay at first. Payment is only due when you approve the finished result. Until then you can back out at any time, free of charge.
If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in this form and send it back to us. It is not mandatory.
