Terms for the €10 cashback promotion (“Post a story, get €10 back”).

Anyone who has bought an indicator from IndikatorLab and publicly posts a story about it gets €10 of the purchase price back.
Any natural person who has purchased an indicator from IndikatorLab can take part. Minors need the consent of their legal guardians.
1. Post a story showing how you use the indicator. You can choose any platform, for example Instagram or TikTok. 2. Tag IndikatorLab (@indikatorlab) in it. 3. Mark the story as an ad (see section 5). 4. Send us the link or a screenshot at info@indikatorlab.net.
Because you receive something in return for posting, it counts as advertising. Your story must therefore be clearly and legibly marked as such, for example with “Ad” or “Advertisement”. Merely tagging our profile or a hashtag at the end is not enough.
This marking is a condition for payout. We cannot accept stories without recognisable marking.
The refund applies per item bought. Anyone who bought two indicators and posts a story about each gets €10 twice. The refund can only be claimed once for the same purchase.
After receiving your proof we check your participation and pay out the €10 within five days. Payout is by bank transfer or via PayPal, on request the same way as your payment. If all conditions of these terms are met, you are entitled to the refund.
Excluded from the promotion are posts containing unlawful, offensive or content harmful to minors, posts from accounts evidently created solely for this purpose, and entries with forged proof or evidently manipulated reach. In these cases we may reject the entry.
The promotion runs until further notice. We can end or change it at any time with effect for the future. Entries that already meet all conditions at that time remain unaffected and will still be paid out.
This promotion is run solely by IndikatorLab. It is not connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta or any other platform and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by them.
The refund depends solely on your story. It is not tied to trades, trading results, opening a broker account or any particular amount of capital.
We use the data you send us solely to check and process the refund. More in the Privacy policy.
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the others remain unaffected.
